Sandras specialises in helping individuals and groups to pursue what they love to do in their lives, careers and businesses. He helps people in the corporate world to love what they do in order to excel and find fulfilment and work-life balance.

Career

Sandras has over 10 years’ experience in management in the financial services sector as well as experience in education and coaching. He is an avid entrepreneur that, prior to co-founding SLi, had set up two very successful companies in IT and entertainment. He is passionate about leadership and personal development and has consistently incorporated coaching of team leaders in all of his management positions, resulting in highly effective teams and a successful career track record.

Education

He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Cisco Certification and an MBA from University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business. He has researched personal development for over 7 years and has received training from many great teachers including Dr John Demartini.
